Comment donner un nom contenant des champs du formulaire aux documents envoyés par email

Bonjour,

Nous voudrions que les formulaires envoyés par email aient un nom du type PV ... suivi d'un champ ou de plusieurs champs variables issus du contenu du formulaire au lieu dêtre nommés avec un numéro aléatoire.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the submission PDF attached to the email notification? If so, let me show you how to change the PDF file name:

• Go to the PDF Editor by clicking the menu at the upper left corner of the Form Builder.

• On PDF Editor, click the Gear icon on the right side of the page.

• Click on the Pencil icon under the PDF File Name.

• Then click +Form Fields to select the field that you want to use as the PDF File Name.

If this is not what you mean, please share more information about what you are trying to achieve or a screenshot of the name you are referring to.

In fact the naming of the PDF worked for the "Procés verbal de levée de réserves" but not for the "proces verbal de réception et mise en exploitation".
