Bonjour, est-ce possible de m'expliquer pour quelles raisons nous avons été facturés en dollars US tout en ayant été chargés avec les taxes TPS et TVQ du Québec?

Now, let me help you with your question. The invoice displays USD currency since it's our default currency in our billing system for all of our subscription payments. Also, the country you selected in your Account Settings is Canada so Quebec GST and QST taxes apply. The amount that's charged to you is the equivalent exchange rate of your currency with USD. The same thing in case we issue a refund, the amount that will be issued is in USD, and it's up to our bank to convert it to your currency based on the current exchange rate during that time.
