Téléchargement des formulaires en masse

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec mon formulaire de mise en candidatures- Bourses 2024.

Lorsque je télécharge les formulaires manuellement un par un j'ai accès à toutes les questions et réponses du formulaire, mais quand je télécharge en masse (j'ai 469 répondants) ce n'est pas toutes les questions/réponses qui apparaissent. Comment ça??

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Were you downloading a PDF copy of the form's submission and there are inconsistencies with how the submission data is shown on the PDF? If so, you'll need to create a new PDF document for that. This will update the PDF to match with the data on the online form. Let me show you how.

1. In PDF Editor, click +New PDF and select New PDF Document.
2. Go back to the previous PDF tab and click the Three Dots icon and choose Delete (Only delete if the new document has been created successfully).
3. Click on the Yes, Delete button.
   

You'll only need to do this once and all the submission data will be updated, and no data will get lost in the process of doing so.
