    Bonjour,

    Je vous contacte concernant mon compte cloe.legrand@ccas-toulouse.fr : mon compte est encore bloqué alors que j'ai essayée de me connecter une seule fois. Ca m'arrive trop souvent est je ne comprend pas pourquoi mon compte ce bloque tout le temps. Pouvez-vous s'il vous plait débloquer mon compte et faire le nécessaire afin que mon compte ne soit plus bloqué ? J'ai besoin de mon compte quotidiennement.

I’m sorry you're having troubles logging in to your account, I have checked the account cloe.legrand@ccas-toulouse.fr, and it seems that the system has automatically suspended your account for the word "Attente" on your form with ID 240294325837359. I've checked your form and I do not see any violation of our Terms of Use, so I have reactivated your account and made sure that our system will not suspend your account again for that word. You should be able to log in now.
