    Bonjour,

Display fields when the other question has been completed Screenshot 20

    Hi TheatreAction,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. It seems like you're saying the issue is resolved. I tested your form and noticed that the number of day fields shown depends on the input number, which seems to be working correctly. You can see it in the screencast below:

Please confirm if this is what you want the form to do. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

It's true, the number of days depends on the number entered just above. The only problem is that I don't want the days to be displayed before entering a number. Thank you

    Hi TheatreAction,

Thanks for your explanation. That made the issue much clearer. You can do that by setting up a Show/Hide field condition. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    3. Click on Add New Condition and select the Show/Hide field.Display fields when the other question has been completed Screenshot 60
    4. Set the conditions like you see below:Display fields when the other question has been completed Screenshot 71Display fields when the other question has been completed Screenshot 82
    5. Once done, click on Save to save the condition.
    6. Repeat the steps until you have added all the necessary conditions. You can also clone the condition and just update the Value and Fields option. Check out the screencast below to see how it's done:

Feel free to test or clone my demo form to see how it was set up. This guide will show you how to do that. We also have a guide about How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields Conditionally that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
