    Bonjour, je me permet de vous contacter car j'ai reçu un e-mail m'informant que mon espace de stockage va bientôt être saturé, cependant je n'ai qu'une centaine de soumissions à mon unique formulaire après en avoir supprimé une cinquantaine déjà, et cet espace de stockage ne se met pas à jour. S'agit-il d'un bug ? Merci à vous par avance.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that your usage limit has been cleared. But, your upload space limit is at 508.68MB out of the 1 GB limit. If you want to free up this usage limit as well, you will need to properly delete your submissions. Download your SubmissionsDelete them from the Submission Table, and Purge them from the Trash Entries. Let me show you how:

    First, download your submissions, so you will not lose any data.

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Second, Delete the submissions and purge them from the Trash Entries.

    • On your My Forms page, select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
    • At the top of the page, click the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.
    • Next, you can select multiple entries and click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the page, then Move To Trash.

    • Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.

    Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms, and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
