Problème Login Credential sur un formulaire bloqué

    Bonjour,

    Je viens de constater que le formulaire inscriptions coup de pouce Figra 2024 est bloqué avec un message "Login Credential..." Pourriez vous intervenir rapidement pour le débloquer ?

    C'est urgent car il y a des inscriptions en ce moment

    Dear Kris,

    My principal problem is that the editing of this form is blocked. Son I can't change the field. This for is a copy of the 2023 form a,d I've never had this problem. Why now ?
    We ask for video link to watch the videos of subscribers and often this videos are protected by a password, we need to ask the password to acces to video.

    How can we do if you block this field ?

    Hi Franco,

    As said my colleague Kris, according to our Terms of Use, you must not collect personal data such as passwords. So, you might find another method, which might be more secure, to manage your customers credentials. If you allow us to remove this field, we'll be able to unlock the form, and you'll retrieve the access to it.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward.

    Why the form 2023 hasn't been blocked ? The field was the same...

    Hi Franco,

    We removed the field for password, and the form is now unlocked.

    About collecting passwords, the point is that for obvious security purpose, as for instance to protect users against phishing, no one might ask for a password to someone else. Unfortunately, Online Form Builders, including Jotform, are sometimes used for identity theft, and we go to great lengths to prevent this. Our phishing detector will automatically flag forms like this and block a form or suspend the account, or our staff can do it manually.

    Using an institutional email address such as yours may avoid this flagging and, indeed, your account was not automatically suspended because of such a field, as it could be, the form was blocked, only. It might be better for you if you don't use the word password, and prefer to ask: informations complémentaires pour accéder au lien, for instance.
