Bonjour,

Hi Simon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The Upload Storage is used when someone uploads files in your form, like images, documents, etc. I've checked your account and I can see that you are currently on the Bronze Subscription and you have currently used 741.34 MB out of the limit of 1 GB. You can free up the upload space by deleting submissions with uploaded files. Please note, that you will need to Purge (permanently delete) the deleted submission to free up the space otherwise the submission will still remain in the system therefore will not free up the space. Let me show you how to purge them.
1. In the Submission Tables click on the 3 verticle dots on the tab.
2. Select Trashed Entries in the drop-down down.
3. Check the box next to select all.
4. Click on Delete Forever and then click on Delete in the pop-up.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
