How to allow submitter to fill in the fields inside the paragraph?

Bonjour,

Dans notre association, certaines personnes doivent se déplacer à l'étranger (sans parler l'anglais).
Mais, elles doivent remplir un formulaire, qui lui est en anglais.

Notre idée serait de :

1°) Importer le formulaire anglais (puisque le document final doit être sous cette forme).

2°) Remplir le texte traduit à l'écran en français.

Comment faire pour remplir par exemple:

"Je, soussigné, 'champ_nom', résidant à 'champ_adresse', vous informe par la présente que...."

Je n'ai pas trouvé comment insérer à l'intérieur d'un texte, des champs à remplir. j'ai bien trouvé comment remplir des champs et qu'ils s'affichent à l'intérieur, mais c'est pas très "propre", autant que la zone à remplir soit directement à l'intérieur du texte.

I haven’t found a way to insert fillable fields directly within the text.

While I can fill in fields and have them display inside the text, it’s not very clean.

Ideally, the fillable area should be directly integrated into the text.

I want that the user see a 'french text' as the english one, so he can understand what he write, but at the end, it is the english pdf that is filled with the fields.

Merci de revenir vers nous avec cette précision. Pour avoir la traduction d'un texte tel que vous mentionnez en se mettant à jour avec les champs du formulaire, il suffit d'une part d'utiliser l'élément de formulaire Paragraphe et d'en apporter la version traduite, avec les champs du formulaire nécessaires, au sein de l'option dédiée à la traduction des formulaires. Permetez-moi de vous montrer comment faire avec un élément Paragraphe qui contient le texte.

1. Dans le Générateur de Formulaire, allez à page Paramètres.
2. En bas de la page, cliquez sur Afficher plus d'options.
3. A la section Langues du formulaire, cliquez sur Modifier.
4. A la rubrique Traductions, choisissez votre langue, et cliquez sur + Ajouter.
5. La page dédiée à la traduction présente tous les champs qui peuvent être traduits. Allez à l'élément Paragraphe à traduire et ajoutez-y la traduction, en incluant les Noms Uniques des champs du formulaire entre accolades.

Et c'est fait. Cela donne le résultat suivant:

Not fill once the fields inside a form, but fill them inside the text.

Thanks for clarifying. You can instead use the Fill in the Blanks field, so the person fills out the inside the text/paragraph.

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if we can set up your requirements. I noticed that you have hidden all the fields. Checkout screenshot below:

The short text field can't be hidden as there is no option to hide it under settings therefore we can't set a conditional logic.  Checkout screencast below:

The option is to add a new form element for dropdown and short text. You can hide the short text field and then set up a conditional logic.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use conditions to make that work. I was going over your form and saw that you already started adding the condition. To clarify, which hidden field should show? If it's the entire fill in the blank, I'm afraid that's not possible. You can only add conditions to show or hide the fields within the fill in the blank. Can you share more about the workflow you'd like to achieve on your form?
