Please note that if your account is logged in from a new device or a new location, it will automatically ask for a verification code to ensure that the person trying to log in is the owner of the account. As we take your account security seriously here at Jotform, this feature is in place to ensure that your account is protected and unauthorized users will not be able to log in and access your data. Unfortunately, this setting cannot be disabled at the moment.
Also, note, that our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
Also, you can consider sharing the forms with them or add them as collaborators. If you need to give them access to the submissions. You will need to Share the Tables separately.
