Impossible de créer un nouveau formulaire

Bonjour,

Lorsque je clique sur le bouton "Créer le formulaire", ça me marque "Veuillez patienter".

Le formulaire ne se génère pas.

Que se passe-t-il ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I tested the issue on my end but I was not able to replicate it. I see that you are still within the limit to create new forms, can you please try to use another web browser to see if the issue persists?
