How to submit a form?

    Bonjour,

    Serait-il possible de m'expliquer comment mettre en ligne mon formulaire de "Dématérialisation" ?

    Dans un premier temps, je ne trouve pas le bouton de soumission.

    Ensuite,

    comment pourrais-je faire pour recevoir un e-mail de confirmation lorsque le formulaire est bien rempli, et également recevoir une pièce jointe au format PDF ?

    J'ai également une question sur le

    fonctionnement du flux d'approbation. Puis-je l'utiliser dans mon cas où je veux simplement partager un formulaire par e-mail à plusieurs personnes ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Now let me help you first add the submit button to your form ID 233313674311044. I noted that the submit button was missing on your form. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Build.
    2. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
