Getting the documents with the link not an attachment?

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas a recupérer les documents dans google drive via Zapier quand j'ai plusieurs documents dans la meme case d'upload.

Quand il n'y a qu'un seul document aucun probleme, par contre quand il y en a plusieurs, cela créé un document avec les URL pour les télécharger mais cela ne les envoie pas...

Comment faire ?

Y a t'il un paramétrage dans jotform pour éviter cela ?

Do note that on Jotform, if the uploaded document size is more than 5 MB, you will receive documents via a link as attachments. Currently, we are sending the emails via the AWS SES, and it has a total size limitation. The attachment size is limited to 5MB. This was done to improve the reliability of the email service.
