App Builder: How to change language?

    Une demande, en fait je veux utiliser l'application de boutique mais j'ai des obstacles par exemple la langue. sur mon téléphone portable la boutique est entièrement en anglais alors que quand je suis dans la conception, c'est en français. pouvez vous m'aider pour que l'application apparaissent en français svp

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, changing the language in App Builder is currently not available. However, you can change the labels of your product in French. Here's how to do that:

    1. In App Builder, select the Product List and click on the hamburger menu on the right side.
    2. Hover your mouse over to the product and click the pencil icon.
    3. Then change the name of the product in the Name box.

    Malheureusement j'ai des clients et une zone francophone. et je ne pourrai pas utiliser ce merveilleux outil dommage. La concurrence est assez forte et les clients de plus en plus exigeants

    Thanks for getting back to us. As instructed by my colleague, you will have to translate some of the texts in your app to French manually. You can follow the steps my colleague shared above, you just need to login to your Jotform account and edit the app.

    bonjour oui j'avais compris. mais moi c'est par exemple "add to card" que je veux mettre en français et toutes les autres informations du processus de bases. je trouve bizarre que dans le builder on voit "commander" bien écrit en français et que dans la présentation ça devienne 'add to card"

    Thanks for getting back to us. There's currently no option in the App Builder to change the text of the Add to Cart. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Sans problème. Merci à vous. je pense que je peux demander aux visiteurs d'activer la traduction automatique. cela règle bien le soucis. Merci infiniment
