How to add sequential numbering to the form?

Bonjour,

je souhaiterais savoir si il existait une fonction de numérotation qui permettrait d'automatiser une numérotation qui se suit d'un formulaire à l'autre de type :

2024-001 ; 2024-002; 2024-003 .........

sachant que je souhaiterai choisir le début de numérotation.

J'ai trouvé le "compteur de soumissions" mais je ne peux pas choisir la numérotation de départ.

Now, let me help you with your question. To confirm, are you perhaps referring to adding an auto-numbering? Or sequential numbers for your form entries? If so, that is possible by using the Unique ID widget. But it only generates codes/numbers after submission. Here's how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.
2. Under the widgets tab, search and add a Unique ID to your form.
3. Click the gear icon to open Properties.
4. Under the Prefix box, add the 2024.
5. Lastly, add 3 for the Number of Digits.

parfait c'est l'outil que je cherchai, mais j'ai besoin qu'il soit visible sur le formulaire et il semble que ce ne soit pas le cas. Il s'agit d'un numéro unique qui doit apparaitre sur nos formulaires générés en pdf que nous envoyons ensuite nos clients. C'est des rapports d'entretien remplis par nos techniciens et ce numéro sert pour un suivi de déchets unique.

Si nous arrivons à le faire apparaitre sur le pdf c'est l'outil dont j'ai besoin.
