Problème de réception de nos questionnaires

    Bonjour,

    Nous ne recevons plus nos questionnaires famille d'accueil. Une personne l'a rempli et envoyé 2 fois, avec réception du message de notification à chaque fois l'informant qu'il était bien arrivé chez nous, hors nous n'avons rien reçu.

    Nous avons fait un essai également de notre côté mais rien.

    Pouvez vous regarder d'où vient le problème ? Merci à vous.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are unable to receive a response to your questionnaires. However, I've checked your account and I can see that there are currently no submissions on all three forms. When you say that it didn't arrive at your home, please note, that when someone fills out the form you will receive a submission in the Jotform Platform, not at your home. If this is what you are not referring to can you please explain in a bit more detail about what you are referring to and I can try to help you out.
