I don't want to get Notification Emails when users select "No".

Dans mon formulaire, il y 2 cas de figures.

1 -Soit : l'internaute est intéressé par le service proposé et il laisse ses coordonnées...

2- Soit : l'internaute n'est pas intéressé par le service proposé et il est renvoyé vers une page de remerciement.

Dans tous les cas, Jotform m'envoie une notification mail.

Et j'en reçois énormément.

Je souhaite que dans le 2eme cas, il n'y ai pas de notification.
J'ai tenté avec les conditions logique, mais je suis obligé de sélectionner une Notification.

Est-ce que la solution serait de créer une fausse adresse mail ? Avec une fausse notification ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Is this the form you're working on? Do the conditions have something to do with the question shown in the screenshot below?

If yes, the reason why you still get notifications when responders select "No" or "Non" is because of one of the conditions that you've set up on your form. Take a look at the screenshot below:

To fix this, you need to change Is Equal To from "Non" to "Oui". Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Go to Conditions, and hover your mouse over the first conditions.
3. Click on the pencil icon.

       4. Follow the conditions in the screenshot below, then click on Save.

The question “Avez-vous besoin d'aide” is indeed the right one.

When Internet users click "NON", I don't want a connection. It's useless.

I want :

• direct them to a thank you page
• do not receive a notification email.

However, yesterday my client received more than a hundred emails and it's difficult to sort out the responses from people who need help and those who are curious.

So, using logic conditions, I can't find:

• “Do not send notifications”

That's why I added a "rotten" mailbox, an email box condemned to receiving uninteresting emails.

Merci de revenir vers nous. Oui, il est bien possible de rediriger automatiquement à la page de remerciement et de ne pas envoyer d'email de notification lorsque le répondant a répondu Non à la question Avez-vous besoin d'aide. Pour ce faire, il faut faire comme ma collègue vous a conseillé, c'est-à-dire de changer pour Oui la condition associée à la question Avez-vous besoin d'aide. Permettez-moi de vous montrer comment faire.

1. Dans le Générateur de formulaire, allez à la page Paramètres.
2. Dans le panneau de gauche, choisissez l'onglet Conditions.
3. Cliquez sur le crayon de la condition Si Avez-vous besoin d'aide, actuellement réglée sur Non...
4. Changer le champ Valeur pour Oui.
5. Choisissez l'Email de notification à envoyer dans ce cas, et l'adresse email du destinataire.
6. Finalisez en cliquant sur Enregistrer.

Ainsi, un email de notification ne sera envoyé que si la réponse est non, en tout cas dans l'atat actuel de votre formulaire. Et le reste de vos conditions font de déjà de sorte que lorsque la réponse est non, le répondant est directement renvoyé à la page de remerciement, comme le montre cet essai après que je viens de faire un clone de votre formulaire.

Et, après quelques minutes, je n'ai toujours pas reçu d'email de notification à la suite de ce test.

Essayez, et dites-nous comment ça se passe de votre coté.
