Inventory Widget: The widget was disabled before reaching the predetermined quantity limit

    Bonjour,

    Bien cordialement,

    France Legay

    Hi francelegay,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your form and I was able to see the issue, the widgets count doesn't match the spots booked through the submissions. Checking the revision history of your form I noticed that the widgets have been modified multiple times, even by collaborators.Inventory Widget: The widget was disabled before reaching the predetermined quantity limit Image 1 Screenshot 20

You can check out these guides about How to View Your Form's Revision History and How to View Revision History in Jotform Tables. It may be possible that the widgets and their quantities have been edited.

Also, did you delete some submissions and empty the trash? If you delete the submissions, the widgets counter won't revert automatically, you need to do it manually.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Joseph,

    Thank you for your help.

We've been working on the form with one of my colleague, but the number of places seems correct. For exemple: 25 places for the first workshop which is still marked as complete - even though there is only 22 persons who have subscribed.

Here are the numbers of places by workshop (there is two rounds with the same workshops).

Moreover, I didn't delete any submission (even though I will, I planned to had manually some places if necessary).

Could you please help me? I really can't figure out where the problem is coming from.

    Thank you so much!

    France

    Hi France,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with the Inventory widget on your form. I checked your inventory settings and could notice that the Available Quantity is set to 25 while on Tables the total recorded is 22. So, since the widget got grayed out before reaching quantity 25, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
