Hello,
Yes in order to be able to use your product and in particular on our instance Make we need to publish our application on Fillout Form. The latter is still pending validation. The request comes from one of our client and is very urgent (he subscribed the Business offer) but cannot use it on our Make instance. How long to wait to have our application in published status please

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure I'm fully understanding the issue that you have. Do you mean to say that you have an account that you have upgraded but it's still not reflecting the status on your account? If so, it would be great if you could share with us the link to the account so we can check its status.
