Bonjour,
Je vois que les soumissions du formulaire https://form.jotform.com/232322572658357 ne sont pas toutes reprises dans le tableau. Pour 9 personnes certains champs restent vides. Si on télécharge juste la demande, on voit bien les informations ont été complété exemple la ligne 1, on a les coordonnées de contact à la page 6 du PDF téléchargé.
Pouvez-vous m'aider pour ce problème et voir pourquoi c'est arrivé ?

Now, let me help you with your question. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form and was able to see the issue you described, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for waiting patiently. Upon checking your table and form, we observed that these fields have been used 2 times on the form which means there are 2 columns for each of these fields:
- NOM,
- Sexe,
- Adresse mail,
- Telephone.
The conditions on your form cause that, according to the answer to the first Oui/Non question, some of the submissions have answers of the first NOM field and some of them have the answers for the second NOM field. When we put the NOM columns together on the grid, it can be seen:
The Inbox and PDF show a little bit differently because there is a setting under the Inbox and PDF Editor settings which hides the empty answers. So, in the Inbox and PDF, you are always seeing one of the NOM fields because the other one is empty. Here is the screenshot of that setting in the Inbox:
Therefore, it appears that there is no issue with your Table, right now.
