Fermer mon compte Jotform

Bonjour,

Suite à un problème avec mon compte au niveau d'un formulaire qu'un membre de mon équipe à créer sur votre plateforme, j'aimerais supprimer mon compte chez vous.

Pouvez-vous m'aider avec cela ?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the account you have mentioned and I can see that it is currently suspended due to the form collecting credit card information on the form. Please note, it violates our Terms of Use to collect credit card information on plain form. You will need to use one of our Payment Processor Integration to collect payment details. Please note, If you permit us, we can delete the form and its data activate the account, and then delete the account. Since it's suspended I can not directly delete it.

Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
