Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having difficulties with this. I understand that the submit button on form 203307714999263 is not working, correct? I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:
I checked the link you shared and noticed your form is embedded on a website. Could you please specify the type or error you're receiving when trying to submit? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
As an additional measure, I have cleared the form cache for you to avoid any temporary cache issues. Can you try again on a different browser (clear the browser's cache as well) or device to see how this goes? If the issue persists, we need your permission to send a test submission directly from your form.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I also tried to clone the first form and the issue persist. I unfortunatly don't have any error to show you since the bouton just briefly flash and nothing more happen.
I tried on another device also.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for getting back with these details. Thanks for allowing us to do a test from your website. I did a test from your website and I replicated the issue when filling in the form, the submit button is flashing in a loop and the form seems not being able to be submitted.
I did another try from your form's source URL at Jotform, and I saw that even if the submit button once the button flashed one time, then the form is going to the captcha validation, and then I was able to submit, you might have received a submission from John Smith from Paris, Québec.
So, I'll need a bit of time to look at this. I'll be back to you as soon as I have a solution. Since the issue seems to be related to the Captcha step, a first step would be to test after removing the captcha.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm happy it's fixed now. This seems to come from a conflict with the other scripts running on your web page. Since we can't test on your website, I'm afraid it will be difficult to find a working workaround to make a captcha work on this peculiar page. Anyway, we can try if needed.
