Did not get the reset password email.

    Bonjour,

    j'ai oublié mon mot de passe mais quand je clique sur le bouton permettant de le réinitialiser et que je note mon adresse mail, je ne reçois pas de mail, ni dans ma boite de réception ni dans mes spams.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening.  Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your concern, I went ahead and checked the status of the email you're currently using, but this seems to be a Guest account. If you're referring to another account, can you share with us the email address or the username associated with your account so we can check? Additionally, can you tell me if there's an error when you try to reset your password? In the meantime, try resetting your password using a different browser and clear your browser's cache to see if the issue persists. Here's how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
