Creating a Scored Quiz and Displaying Results in Thank You Message

Pouvez-vous me dire les étapes à suivre pour créer un calcul du total des points attribués à chaque réponse à la fin du questionnaire/quiz pour que le répondant puisse le voir.

Est-ce possible de créer un profil selon la pointage obtenu et qu'il s'affiche pour le répondant?

J'ai créé un questionnaire et j'ai attribué des points à chaque réponse mais je ne sais pas comment faire le calcul des points pour afficher à la fin.

1.  Assign Calculation Values

• To open properties, pick the form element's gear icon in the Form Builder.
• Go to Options in the properties box on the right.
• Use Calculation Values should be enabled.

Below that choice, there will be a two-column table with all of the possibilities on the left and a blank column on the right. The computation values for each choice will be entered in the right column.

• Enter a value for each row or paste a list of values separated by lines from your clipboard.Dropdowns, radio buttons, and checkboxes can now be used in form computations and conditions. Here's a demo form that you can check out.

2. Add Form Calculation Widget

The next step is to add each quiz field to the Form Calculation widget to calculate the total score.

• Select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the Form Builder.
• Navigate to Widgets at the top of the left window.
• Form Calculation can be found by searching.
• To create your formula, utilize the Add Field button and virtual number keypad in the options pane on the right.

Note: To access the widget's settings, click the wand icon.

• When you're finished, click Save in the lower-right corner.

3 . Display Total Score on the Thank You Page

The Form Calculation widget will be hidden in the form. It will, however, be posted to the Thank You page or email autoresponder that your replies will receive after successfully submitting your form, so they can see the results. It's easy to set up. Let's do it:

• In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
• Select the Thank You Page option on the left.
• Customize the Thank You Page to suit how you want your tester to see it, then select + Add Field to add the hidden Calculation widget to your form.

Jotform does not have a built-in function for constructing a profile based on the score acquired. However, depending on the score, you can apply Conditional Logic to display alternative messages or redirect to different destinations.
