    Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with this. Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to map the dropdown fields with the Monday.com integration. So, a workaround would be to add a Short Text field, hide it and fill it conditionally, when the option is selected on the dropdown menu. Once you have done this, you will be able to integrate the Short text field with the Monday.com integration. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the + Add Form Elements button in the top left side of the screen.
    2. Under the Basic tab, search for the Short Text element and add one under each dropdown menu.
    3. Rename them, then click on the Gear icon that is visible on the right side of the Short Text element to open the Properties panel.
    4. Click on the Advanced tab and then set the Hide Field option to ON.
    5. Next, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    6. in the column on the left, click on the Condition tab and then click on the Update / Calculate Field option.
    7. Set the condition as shown in the screenshot below, then click on Save at the bottom:How to map dropdown fields with the Monday Screenshot 50
    8. Make sure to create one condition as the one above for each hidden Short Text field.

After doing that, you will be able to map your Short Text field that will contain the answers of the dropdown fields with Monday.con.
