Autoresponder Email: I have updated the text in the email, but the respondents are receiving the old version

    Bonjour,

    j'ai un problème avec le mail que j'envoi à la personne qui valide mon formulaire.

    Dans le texte, il y a le mot "MATINS" qui ressort en "MATINES". J'ai beau le changer, enregistrer, changer directement dans le code, le mot "MATINES revient toujours.

    Pouvez vous vérifier et me dire comment faire ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that you are having issues with your Autoresponder Email. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly; I received the Autoresponder Email showing the word "matins" and not "matines". Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Also, I checked your Autoresponder Email and noticed that the word entered is "matins" but, when checking your email logs the Autoresponder Emails were sent with the word "matines". Since it seems that you properly updated it on your Autoresponder Email, to better assist you, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your form and see how it goes?

    If the issue still persists, can you please allow us to fill and submit your live form? This way we can better understand what is going on.

    c'est parfait cela marche.

    C'est étonnant car dans la conception du mail, il est bien noté MATINES, alors que c'est bien MATIN qui est noté dans le mail. Ce n'est pas réellement un problème du moment que MATIN est bin noté.
