    Bonjour,

Multiple Choice Field: How to arrange options based on selected and unselected options? Image 1 Screenshot 30

Multiple Choice Field: How to arrange options based on selected and unselected options?

    Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help with your question. I understand your requirement, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this.

    Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Sorry for the delay, I meant that it's the answers in the visualization option that I want them to be in select order and not alphabetical order

    Hello Fortier_Nicolas,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you confirm whether the highlighted Paragraph elements below are the fields you're trying to rearrange conditionally? If yes, I'm afraid that's also not currently possible but we can also raise that as a feature request with our developers if that's what you're referring to:

    Hello Fortier_Nicolas,

Thanks for getting back to us. If it's the destination options that you want to arrange in the same order as they are selected, I recommend using the Input Table element. Let me walk you through how to set that up:

    1. Add the Input Table from the Form Elements menu.Multiple Choice Field: How to arrange options based on selected and unselected options? Image 1 Screenshot 50
    2. Go to the Fields tab of the Input Table Settings menu.
    3. Change the Input Type to Dropdown.
    4. Update the Rows and Column accordingly.Multiple Choice Field: How to arrange options based on selected and unselected options? Image 2 Screenshot 61
    5. Paste the destination names into the Dropdown Options textbox.Multiple Choice Field: How to arrange options based on selected and unselected options? Image 3 Screenshot 72

    Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you explain a bit more about what you want to achieve with this form: Destinations10? Are you just referring to rearranging the paragraphs based on user's selection?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help

I would like that in the visualization they are in order of choice, because we print them to customers

    Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. I'm afraid what you're looking for is not available in Jotform. You request is now forwarded to the relevant team as a feature request. But when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
