How to restore my deleted form?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the form and it appears you have already restored your deleted form in your account. However, in case you accidentally delete a form again, you can restore it by following the steps below:

1. Go to the My Forms page.
2. Select Trash on the left.
3. Hover on the deleted form and click the Restore button.
   

Do note that the system automatically deletes the trashed forms after 30 days. In this case, you can no longer recover them. You also cannot restore forms that you intentionally purged from your Trash folder.
