    Bonjour,

    Je ne comprends pas ce message.
    Je suis à 9,07 GB d'Espace de téléversement.
    Pourtant j'ai vidé mon cache et en plus les données et les soumissions sont supprimées après 24h.

    Now, let me help you with your question. To free up your upload space, you will need to purge the deleted entries. Let me show you how:

    • In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots Icon in the main tab.
    • Select Trashed Entries.

    • In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
    • Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

    Bonjour,

    Je ne peux plus utiliser le service car l'espace de téléversement est plein.

    Je ne sais pas comment supprimer définitivement les éléments supprimés.

    Je ne sais pas où supprimer définitivement les suppressions.
    J'utilise les formulaires et non les tableaux.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I check your utilization and it was already in its normal state.

    As of today you have:

    • Submissions: 1 / 1,000
    • Uploads: 3.96 MB / 10.00 GB

    Can you try logging in your account and check if your limit updates? Also, please Clear your Form Cache to reload your forms.
