Verified Sender Emails: Autoresponder emails are not sent

I have a new problem in another form (https://form.jotform.com/213403214418343), this form is an English version. For this one, the auto responder doesn't work: people don't receive the email.

Can you check and tell me what is going wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form but I'm unable to replicate the issue. I received the autoresponder email.

To fix this, please try adding a new autoresponder email and delete the old one when you receive the autoresponder.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It looks like you have been using a verified email address for sending autoresponder emails from your form. Unfortunately, we had to remove this option, which is why you are having problems with your emails. Resolving this problem is easy: you need to remove your verified email address from the account settings and add it again using SMTP. 

It's better to switch the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com, as the PDF attachment does not work with SMTP.
