Users are not receiving the Autoresponder Email of my form

    Bonjour,

    Il y a de nombreuses personnes qui remplissent mon quiz (Quiz symptômes PMH) dernièrement et qui ne reçoivent jamais le email programmé.

    Voici quelques cas dernièrement qui n'ont jamais reçu, même dans les indésirables:

    S'il-vous-plaît, cela fait des mois que ça dure, pouvez-vous investiguer ? Ça ne faisait pas cela avant.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the email logs and both email addresses that you posted has been sent Autoresponder Emails for your form. Ask the users to check their spam or junk folder. You can also check your email logs within your account. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to do that:

    1. Go to your History tab.
    2. Specify the date.
    3. Click the All Actions dropdown.
    4. Select Emails.
