Possible de bénéficier de ce plan ? En forfait Bronze

Bonjour,

Nous sommes clients depuis déjà un peu plus d'un an, nous aimerions pouvoir bénéficier de ces forfaits pour l'année à venir.

Comment est-ce possible? Quand je clique, cela ne m'amène pas à une page qui présente ces prix ? (voir la capture d'écran d'un mail que j'ai reçu!

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you must click on these plans and upgrade your plan to an annual plan. And you'll get a 50% discount on your plan. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

In a mather of fact, the system don't give us the possibility to take only take advantage of the Bronze offer if we already are a Bronze member.
