Automatisé l'envoie d'une notification su un code de référent est inséré dans un formulaire

Bonjour, J'aimerais automatisé l'envoie d'un email de notification vers l'adresse courriel qui a été inséré dans un formulaireClient à partir de la saisie d'un code de référent sur un autre formulaireRéférent.

Exemple : J'ai, sur un autre compte, 2 formulaires.

• Le 1er formulaire (formulaireClient) est réservé au client qui demande un service, dans le formulaire, ils doivent indiqué un "code de référent" afin de mentionner qui les a référé à notre agence.

• Le 2e formulaire (formulaireRéférent) est pour les Référents, j'ai créé une condition pour générer un code de Référent automatiquement quand le Référent s'inscrit avec son nom, prénom, adresse courriel etc.

Maintenant, j'ai 2 tableurs (celui pour tableursClient et celui des tableursRéférents). J'aimerais que quand un client rentre le code du référent dans le formulaireClient, que le Référent reçoit un courriel automatiquement (sur l'adresse courriel rattaché à son code de Référent dans les données du tableursRéférent) disant que quelqu'un a utilisé son code.

Est-ce possible sur votre plateforme ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, it can be done using The Spreadsheet to Form Widget Feature. You need to add a hidden email field that will be populated with the widget and then the "referrer code" will be sent when the form is submitted. Let me show you How to Setup the Widget:

1. In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Element button.
2. Navigate to the Widgets tab.
3. Look for and choose the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
4. In the widget's settings panel, click the Upload File canvass.
5. Upload the spreadsheet document.
6. Choose the Access Code Column from the drop-down menu. If your spreadsheet file contains many sheets, the widget will additionally prompt you to provide the Sheet Name.
7. Set up the remaining options. Some of the selections, such as the texts, are quite simple, so let's move on to the next:

• Submit Input Field Value: This option allows you to include the Unique Code in the submission so that it appears in both the emails and the submissions page.
• Autofill By Condition: Enabling this option causes the widget to autofill fields without the user having to click the autofill button if the widget's input field receives a value from the conditions. Here's a demo form to see how it works.
• Reset fields when Invalid: Choose whether to automatically clear the entered unique code value if it is not present in the uploaded spreadsheet file.
