Unable to submit multiple submissions in my form

    Bonjour,

    J'essaie de faire différents tests avec mon questionnaire mais peu importe quelle adresse courriel j'utilise, j'ai toujours la page "Désolé! Vous ne pouvez soumettre ce formulaire qu'une seule fois" après avoir appuyé sur Soumettre et ce, même si j'ai vidé ma mémoire cache.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having difficulties with this. To clarify, are you referring to your form 233446301744250? If so, I checked the form, and it appears that you enabled the "Check cookies and IP address" option in the Unique Submission.

    Please note that enabling this feature will prevent your responders from making multiple submissions in your form and check whether the submission came from the same browser and IP Address. Here's how to disable it:

    1. Click Settings in Form Builder.
    2. In the Form Settings tab, click the Show More Options button.

    3. Scroll down to the Unique Submission feature and set it to the No Check option.
