By submitting your film to FearPix, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership and Rights: You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted film, including any underlying content. You affirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents required to submit the film for consideration and potential distribution.
Non-Exclusive Submission: Submission of your film does not guarantee acceptance or distribution by FearPix. The Company reserves the right to evaluate, accept, or reject any submission at its sole discretion.
Grant of Rights: By submitting your film, you grant FearPix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, download, and evaluate your film for potential distribution on the FearPix platform. This license is for internal review purposes only and does not grant the Company the right to publicly display, distribute, or monetize your film without a separate distribution agreement.
Confidentiality: FearPix will make reasonable efforts to keep your submission confidential. However, you acknowledge that due to the nature of the film industry, similar content may be submitted by other parties, or may already be in development by FearPix. FearPix shall not be held liable for any similarities between your film and any existing or future content.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FearPix and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your submission, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, or breach of any third-party rights.
No Obligation: Submission of your film does not impose any obligation on FearPix to promote, distribute, or enter into any agreement regarding your film. Any distribution of your film will require a separate, written agreement mutually executed by you and FearPix.
Agreement Changes: FearPix reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued submission following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
By submitting your film, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Submission Agreement.
