6. 聲明 Declaration
你願意接收有關香港青年協會領袖學院有關課程、活動及訓練項目的最新資訊? Would you like to receive the most up-to-date information about courses, events and training activities of The HKFYG Leadership Institute in the future?*

1. 在參加者成功提交報名表後，香港青年協會領袖學院（下稱領袖學院）會於3個工作天內向申請者發送付款資訊，以電郵向申請者確認取錄結果。
Applicants will receive a confirmation and payment email from The HKFYG Leadership Insitute ("The Institute") within 3 working days after successfully submit the registration form.

2. 成功申請者須根據電郵上之繳費指示，在指定期限前以網上形式繳付相關費用。若未能於指定期限前繳付費用，本學院保留無須事先通知而取消申請者取錄資格之權利。
Successful applicants must pay the relevant fees within a specific period mentioned in the email. The fees can be paid by online payment. If payments are not received in full within the period, the Institute may cancel the relevant application without prior notification.

3. 申請者如因個人原因在繳費後未能參與已報名之課程，將不獲安排退款，敬請留意。
Please note that if any applicant is unable to join the activities due to personal reasons, NO refund will be arranged.

4. 參加者必須參與由領袖學院安排冬季學校中所有節數 (網上及實體) (除預先申請請假外) Participants MUST attend all the sessions (BOTH online and in-person) of the programme as set by the Institute (unless leave of absence authorised by the Institute)

5. 領袖學院有權增加、減少或取消冬季學校內的訓練內容。 The Institute reserves all discretion to amend or cancel all aspects of the content of the programme.

6. 領袖學院有權於課堂/活動期間進行攝影、錄影、錄音，並將此等照片、圖片、聲訊及錄像，永久免費地用於任何媒體中，而無需對參加者支付款項或報酬。內容屬於香港青年協會及其單位的專有財產。如各下不希望本學院使用閣下的肖像或有對我們的” 肖像權／版權”有其他疑問，請電郵致 sd@leadershipinstitute.hk 查詢。
The Institute is entitled to take photographs of, videotape or audio-record the classes/events, and use such photo(s), image(s), audio(s) and video(s) (“Recordings”) in any media or format throughout the world in perpetuity without any payment or consideration to the participants. The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of the HKFYG and its service units. If you do not wish to be included or have any concerns regarding our ‘photography and copyright’ policy, please contact us at sd@leadershipinstitute.hk.

7. 領袖學院及秘書處有權檢討閣下的申請資格及安排所有課程內容。領袖學院及秘書處於所有爭議中擁有最終決定權。The Institute and the Secretariat has the sole discretion in assessing your application and allocation of any support and training resources. The Institute and Secretariat reserve the right of final decision when dispute arises.
