Currently, our membership dues are $20.00 a Calendar Year- January to December. This membership renewal form and payment can be mailed to our office.

Or, email this filled-out form and make payment on our website, foxvalleyveterans.org/support with a note that it is for membership for whichever year you are renewing for.

Meetings are normally held once a month at 6:00 pm in Appleton. (No meeting in July, and there is a special Christmas meeting and dinner in December. See our calendar for updated meeting details. foxvalleyveterans.org/calendar
MEMBERSHIP TYPE
Membership Type (check one)

Member. A Veteran’s Military Organization that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs as a Veterans Service Organization (VSO). If an organization is not listed as a VSO it may be voted into the membership of the FVVC provided its purpose is veteran focused.Associate Member. An individual or organization that is not a Veterans Military Organization but has demonstrated a genuine interest in veterans and who subscribes to the purpose and objectives of the FVVC. This membership is non-voting but may participate in all other functions of the FVVC including participating in meetings, offering advice, and volunteering.
