Terms and Conditions:
Initial Assessment and Estimated Cost: The estimated cost provided is solely based on the initial assessment.
Notification of Additional Costs: If the final cost surpasses the estimated amount, the customer will be promptly notified of any changes before further repairs are undertaken.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payment methods accepted onsite include cash and credit cards (with a 3% fee). Online Payments are accepted through a payment link. Please let the technician know your preferred method.
No Fix, No Charge Policy: If the technician could not fix the issue, he would not charge the customer anything. This policy does not cover pre-existing issues or damages undisclosed during the initial consultation.
Diagnose Charges: If the customer decides to reconsider repairing the device after it has been diagnosed, resulting in factors such as increased cost or time, there will be a $25-$50 fee to compensate for the technician's time and effort spent on disassembly, diagnosis, and reassembly of the device.
Data Loss Responsibility: The technician is not liable for any data loss, Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting the device for repair. Data recovery service is a separate service and separate charges apply if required.
Device Collection: The device must be collected within 7 days of notification of its readiness. If the customer is unable to pick up the device within this timeframe, payment must be made online, and the device can be picked up at a later time
Payment: Customers must pay the estimated repair cost upon successfully resolving the reported issue. Payment must be made in full before the customer's device is picked up
Customer Agreement:
I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above. I authorize Skyview Computers to proceed with the agreed-upon repair services. By submitting their device for repair, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
