We are thrilled you are interested in finding out more about the Red Hat Society 2023 British Isles Cruise hosted by Royal Splendor Travel.  This form is filled with lots of information and will hopefully help you navigate to the answers you are looking for.  Please note that the earlier you book the better the cabin prices will be. 

London Pre-Tour:  Save the date for April 30th - May 3rd, 2024.  We will be finalizing our pre-tour plans in the next month. 

We will be sailing from Southampton, England
The dates for the cruise are May 3rd – 15th, 2024.  (12 days | 8 ports) 

Base Cabin Pricing:

*Fares are per guest and apply to minimum lead-in categories on a space-available basis at the time of booking. Fares for other categories may vary. Fares are non-air, cruise- or cruise tour-only, based on double occupancy, and apply to the first two guests in a stateroom only. These fares do not apply to singles or third/fourth-berth guests. This offer has limited space. Taxes, Fees, Port Expenses of $279.71, and RST Admin Fee of $159 are additional. Fares and all other values are quoted in USD. 

There are no outside cabins on the Regal Princess ship.

1) Can husbands join us?  Yes, husbands / significant others are welcome to join us.  
2) Can family and/or friends join us?  Yes, we would love to have them participate.
3) Do we have to book with RST to attend? Yes, all bookings must be made with us to join the fun.
4) Can I make payments?  Yes, we can set that up for you to meet your needs.
5) Does everyone in my cabin need to fill out a registration form?  Yes

PASSPORT:
Passports are required for cruise travel to all International destinations and for cruises that involve air travel that begins or ends outside of the U.S. 

If you don't have a passport at the time of booking your cabin, you will be able to update your form to include your passport information.  The deadline for this is December 1, 2023.

Standard Interior: 
These staterooms are the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Our most affordable option, these staterooms feature two twin beds or a queen-size bed. Other amenities include a refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, closet, and bathroom with shower.  Approx. 145 to 162 sq ft.

Enjoy this enhanced version of a Balcony stateroom with more space, a comfortable sofa bed, and a larger balcony. Please note that the view is either partially or fully obstructed.

Choose a luxurious Mini-Suite with a balcony that is substantially larger than a Balcony stateroom. A Mini-Suite includes a separate sitting area with a sofa bed, premium bathroom amenities, and two flat-panel televisions. For families or groups needing a little extra space, Mini-Suites offer an appealing and affordable option.

Reserve Collection Mini-Suite:
A premium stateroom category featuring our best-located Mini-Suite staterooms, as well as the great amenities found in all Mini-Suites plus premier dining benefits and luxurious perks. Each night, enjoy Reserve Dining, an exclusive dining area featuring expedited seating with no wait, expanded menu options, dedicated wait staff, and tableside preparations. Other amenities include priority embarkation and disembarkation, a complimentary one-time wine set-up and so much more. Also includes ½ bottle of red wine and ½ bottle of white wine on embarkation day.

The package includes all specialty or premium coffees and teas, hot chocolate, fountain sodas, cans of soda, fresh juices and healthy smoothies (from the juice bar), 0.5 ltr bottled water, Frappes at Coffee & Cones, mocktails, and smoothies as per the menu, Red Bull, 330 ml or 0.500 ml sparkling bottles of water, Energy Drink and Milk Shakes (if available).

Classic Solda Package: $14.99 + 18% Service Charge ($17.69 per person, per day.)
The package includes all, fountain sodas, cans of soda and juices (excluding the fresh juice bar), mocktails, and smoothies as per the menu.

Wi-Fi: $15 per day for one device

Crew appreciation: 
Interior & Balcony Cabins - $16 per person, per day
Mini-Suite - $17 per person, per day

The “Crew Appreciation” is a daily amount for each guest that will be automatically added to your onboard account for your convenience, to recognize the efforts of a wide variety of crewmembers who contribute to the experiences of all our guests.  The crewmembers eligible to receive these funds work in various departments, many of whom rotate among different ships, throughout our fleet of ships.

What is the RS administrative fee?
This fee is to help cover all the extra costs associated with putting this cruise/tour together.  Please understand this is a non-refundable fee of $159 (USD) and is charged at the time of your initial cruise/tour deposit.  The RS team goes above and beyond to make your travel experience seamless and stress-free.  We take extra care to insure that all booking needs are made to meet your holiday expectations.

Jan. 24, 2024 - $100 per person
Feb. 08, 2024 - 50% of total charges 
March. 05, 2024 - 75% of total charges
March. 19, 2024 - 100% of total charges

Royal Splendor administration fee is non-refundable.

General terms:
To participate in this cruise/tour all bookings must be made with Royal Splendor Travel.  
All cancelations must be in writing.  All prices are subject to change at any time.  If your credit card number changes for any reason it is your responsibility to notify us.  Royal Splendor and the Red Hat Society are not responsible for any claims or damages. 

No-Shows:
No-shows – Cruise/tour registrants who are not checked in with a Royal Splendor team member on their confirmed registration date at the location designated in their confirmation email will be considered a (no-show) 100% non-refundable cancellation.
