Custom and Hand-Made
All items are custom and/or hand made and may have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process. Imperfections should be minimal and should not take away from the overall design.
Mock Ups
Because of differences in equipment, garments, inks, toners, paper, and other conditions between the mock up and the production operations, a reasonable variation in color between the digital mock up and the completed product shall be acceptable.
Order Timing
Orders typically take 7-14 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Edits to the mock up and delays in providing additional information may cause you order to take longer to process. Shipping times may vary and are not included in the order processing time.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, in that each item/garment is usually customized to the specifications of the customer. It is not possible under most circumstances for HoneyMocha Designs, LLC to accept returns, exchanges or refund request.
Your satisfaction is our priority and we understand things may happen out of your control or that may be the fault of HoneyMocha Designs, LLC.
A return or refund may be permitted if your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you for those pieces.
A return or refund may be permitted at our discretion with the following conditions:
- The item is one of our stock items that has not been customized.
- The refund/exchange is requested within 15 calendar days from the date it was received. The date of delivery confirmation for shipped items will start the return window.
- The item is returned unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All refunds will be reduced by an art work, mock up and/or a re-stocking fee.
