Applicants must already be approved in NCWorks at a state level
All training providers must first register with NcWorks, and be approved by the state prior to submitting an application for Charlotte-Mecklenburg. Applications submitted prior to being approved at a state level in NCWorks will not be considered and may prevent the provider from submitting another application for up to one calendar year. To create a new provider account follow the following steps:
1. Visit www.ncworks.gov and click "Register"

3. Once registered in NCWorks the state will conduct an initial review and approve or deny the provider at a state level. Once approved providers may proceed with a local area application.
