You can integrate your online forms with Google Sheets in a few quick steps for seamless data management. Automatically forward form response data to your spreadsheets, and your team can view and analyze it right away.
To integrate your form with Google Sheets, just select Settings at the top of Form Builder, go to Integrations on the left, and select Google Sheets. Next, connect and authenticate your Google account. When you’re finished, choose whether to create a new spreadsheet or use an existing one. Select the form fields to send to Google Sheets, then click Save at the bottom to complete the setup. That’s it!

Yes, you can import previous submissions to your Google spreadsheets in a few quick steps. In Jotform’s Form Builder, go to the form you want to connect with your Google spreadsheet and click into Settings. Select the Google Sheets integration, and choose to either create a new spreadsheet or add to an existing one.
When the menu pops up, scroll to the bottom, and you’ll see a box that says Send existing submissions to the sheet. When you check the box, all previous submissions for this form will automatically be exported to your spreadsheet, so you don’t have to retroactively upload them.
Yes, you can rename your Google spreadsheet in no time! If you’re working in Google Sheets, click the tab of the sheet you want to rename. Select Rename from the menu, type in your new name, and press Enter.
To name a new spreadsheet from Jotform, navigate to the Form Builder and select the Google Sheets option from the Integrations tab. Choose Create a new spreadsheet, enter your desired name, and click Save.
