Now, let me help you with your question. Do you want to send the form to your form fillers automatically? If so, you can use the Schedule a Reminder Email feature. Let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. In the Publish menu, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Choose the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
4. Here, you can edit the email content.
5. Now, click on the Schedule tab and organize your email the way you want it. Select a repeat period, date, time, and start and finish date.

But, unfortunately, you can only send a Monthly reminder to your form fillers and not annually.

i want to be able to renew a subscription for our organisation members automatically annually. That can be via a form or payment request. So is that possible to do automatically annually starting from the day they have submitted a form for the first time?

Thanks for getting back to us. There's an option to set up a recurring payment option. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder. 
• Under the Payments tab, select the payment processor and add it to your form.
  
  
• You'll need to connect your account under the selected payment processor in the Payment Settings panel. 
• Set the Payment Type option to “Sell Subscriptions”.
• After that, click on Continue.
• On the next page, create your subscription items.

You can customize your subscription details. Also, you may set the frequency of the recurring payment, but the start date happens on the day the user submits on the form.
