Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to clone your existing form to create a new one. If yes, cloning your form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page of the account that you want to copy the form to, click the Create Form button.

2. Select the Import Form option.

3. Select the From a web page option.
4. Enter the Form URL of the form that you want to clone under the Enter URL field.
5. Then click the Create Form button.
