Hej. Hur uppdateras appen? behöver man scanna en ny QR-kod varje gång den ska uppdateras?
Om vi ändrar i appen, kommer det att uppdateras automatiskt fast appen redan är tillagd på hemskärmen?
Varför går det inte att ändra förstasidans namn från "Fåll" till hem?

Please note that any changes made to either the Form Builder or App Builder should also reflect on the Jotform mobile app or App. On the Jotform mobile app(installed from Appstore/Google Store), syncing the data first may be often required. Please follow the steps below:
- Open the Jotform mobile app
- Tap the Gear icon located in the upper right corner
- Tap on 'Sync now' found at the bottom of the Settings page and wait for it to be finished

Hej. There is nothing in the app thet says sync? It is only posible to log in/out. And the version on the web is not updated either, do i have to publish it again or something for it to work?
I wase told that it could not be avalible in google store to download, only by link/QR-code
We are about to publish this to our customers so we need to get this to work..

Hello Tilda,
Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that after making changes to your Apps and updating those changes the Apps downloaded to your customer's device should display the changes made to your Apps. Please note that Jotform Apps are web apps, they generally function as normal web pages with a shortcut added on the home screen, and that means all static web pages have to be refreshed to see changes on them.
However, the web page will refresh itself after some time, automatically updating with the changes. How long it takes for it to automatically refresh depends on the browser and device.
If the user is still unable to see the changes after a certain period of time, reinstalling the app should resolve the issue.

Okey but i reinstalled the app after about 3 days, and then again after a few days. some changes were made weeks before i reinstalled it but it still is not updated. its an app with 2 forms, do i have to do something other than save a form if i changed it or should it automaticly be updated in the app where the form is?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Actually, Jotform no Code App update automatically on the added device after you made changes to the App. I have cleared your form cache. Can you please try again and check if App updated or not? You can also clear form cache from your account settings. You can check this guide about How to Clear Your Form Caches. Also, can you please provide us the App link, so we can check on our end?
