hej!
vi har fortfarande inte fått igång våra formulär efter att ha skickat betalningskvitto till er. vi är i stort behov att få igång det igen då flertalet av våra formulär ligger ute på vår hemsida och inte fungerar. ni måste agera skyndsamt i detta ärende. jag bifogar vår inbetalning igen.mvh

I understand that you've made a payment for your Jotform Account but despite that, the form is still on the free plan causing your forms to be disabled since it's exceeding the free plan limit. In order to further verify the payment on the screenshot you sent, Can you send the proof of payment or this receipt to quotes@jotform.com so our Billing team can check this? In the subject line, you can add the ticket number 5293867.
