Thanks for patiently waiting. It seems that this is also related to the iOS Mail Spam filter. I'd suggest whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. You can also try adding noreply@jotform.com to your Gmail contacts. If you're still having the same issue, please contact your Email provider or Apple Support.
