Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you try to update your Mobile app? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Can you try to share your mobile device and its version so we can try to replicate the issue on our end? If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution.
