requiero unas evidencias que mandaron para descargar y siempre me aparece esto.

Lles ruego atiendan esto hay esperar dias para poder descargar el archivo de 177 mb y eso que tengo un servicio muy bueno según Uds.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After looking over your account, I discovered that the option to see uploaded files requires logging in and is enabled. You must log in in order to view the uploaded pictures. This feature means that uploaded files can only be viewed by the account owners, protecting the privacy of their accounts. You can disable this option if you'd like, but keep in mind that doing so would make the files accessible to others without requiring a login.
Please use the desktop version of Jotform to make this update, as the mobile app does not currently support it. Let me show you how:
- Click on your Avatar in My Form, which is situated in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Select Security.
- Go to the Security tab.
- In the Privacy section, uncheck the option next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
And that's it! You may now view and download the image you uploaded without logging in.
