Buenos días cuando selecciono el formulario desde el app Mobil de Jotform no abre. Solo se marca no abre el menú para visualizar editar etc

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I'm really sorry that you're having difficulties with this. Can you try to log out from your account and log back in and see if you can open the forms? If the issue persists, can you try reinstalling the Jotform Mobile app from your phone device or update it to the latest version if it hasn't been updated yet?
